When will I receive my order?

Ready- made items are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of ready- made items.

** Made to Order items take a little longer because they are tailored to your specific measurements. Please allow 3-4 weeks delivery for made-to-order items.

US orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail with delivery confirmation (includes tracking) for a Flat Rate of $4 USD per order.

International orders are shipped via USPS International First-Class Mail for a Flat Rate of $10.
International customers- if you'd like tracking on your package please contact us for pricing, as USPS does not offer tracking with International First- Class Mail.

Please note, no orders will be shipped during the period of 12/5-12/13. We also regret that we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas, but we will do our best to process your orders in a timely manner.

Do you give refunds or exchanges?

We want each customer to be happy with their purchase. If you are unhappy with your item or find fault with your purchase we will honor a return. When possible, we would prefer to do an exchange for a different size or garment. Returns must be sent within 10 days from the date the order was received, unworn and in perfect condition.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! If you see a style you'd like, but you'd prefer it in a different colorway or print, we can usually meet your request. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available). No personal or confidential information is collected directly by Big Cartel.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
